Hot Core Flow
This class is based on flow, movement, breath, and core with an extra added ‘oomph’ to tone your body. Combining elements of core conditioning to create an incredible strength training and empowering experience! Purifying asana sequences and pranayama bring you peace of mind. This class is light-hearted and will leave you feeling brighter, lighter, and tighter.
Hot Core Power
You guessed it! This power class will thoroughly tone your body and discipline your mind. It’s steeped in endurance, stamina, breath, and commitment. Experience this energetic practice that blends sweat, core strength and flexibility, although open to all levels, some yoga background would be considered an asset – but more than that, an openness to try new things and challenge your body and mind.
This yoga class is a combination of yoga, martial arts, meditation and animal movements! This unique combination of training elements improves your strength, flexibility, balance and control as well as it’s challenging and fun. Burn lots of calories without pounding out your body.
Classic Yoga – Hot & Regular
This practice is designed with function and fundamentals of Hatha yoga. This class moves at a very accessible pace bringing focus and awareness to the body, teaching a strong foundation of physical postures to challenge and strengthen your mind and body.
This soothing and balancing practice creatively touches on a full spectrum of classic poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another, leaving you feeling succulent and nurtured. Attention is given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of this class.
This class is meant to undo the damage of sitting jobs in 45 minutes lunch time express format. Sitting over a keyboard for hours or driving for long hours on the job will lead to tightness in the hips and legs, neck, shoulder and back pain and discomfort. It can also create an unhealthy posture — in which the back and shoulders hunch down and the neck protrudes forward. The poses in this class target areas of tension as an effective antidote to many desk-job ailments, and as an added bonus, mind-body practice can address the damaging stress of high-pressure jobs by helping to calm the mind and quiet racing thought patterns.
Yin Yoga – Hot
Yin Yoga is a seated, gentle practice in which postures are passively held for several minutes turning your focus inward and slowly opening the body. By relaxing all muscular (Yang) effort, you allow the body’s own weight to gently stretch the underlying (Yin) connective tissues. As connective tissues are stretched, movement becomes easier and your full range becomes revealed. Yin Yoga facilitates the development of a strong inner, kinesthetic sense of the body’s movement capacities and limitations. It also supports the body’s healing of injury, making it an effective physio therapeutic practice. This practice creates space and maintains (and expands) healthy range of motion.
Yoga Sculpt – Regular
Sculpt is born when your muscles meet yoga. Build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism as you move to upbeat tracks. This class combines free weights, sculpting yoga poses and plenty of sun salutations to sculpt your body, ending with 3 minutes of shavasana.
Yoga cardio – Regular
It’s time to turn up your tough with this high-octane class that combines yoga with cardio and body weight interval training to help tone your body, increase cardio endurance and boost your metabolism. You alternate between bouts of high intensity interval yoga for short periods followed by slow paced yoga poses with breath awareness to achieve balance, strength, power and flexibility.
Pilates – Hot & Regular
Pilates creates long, lean muscular definition in the body by synchronizing movement with breath. Condition your body from head to toe, re-balance your body alignment, improve flexibility and strengthen your entire body without building bulk. How good does that sound? The focus on Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity which makes one feel invigorated rather than exhausted after a session. The added benefits of practicing in hot room are detoxification, healthy connective tissue, boosts immunity, and helps with weight loss.
Hot Stress Melt Flow
Unravel from your day in this nurturing all-levels yoga class that supports you to shed some daily stress from both your mind and body. Each class begins with an invigorating vinyasa flow practice set to a stress-melting playlist, and ends with deeply relaxing and longer held restorative poses. Melt into savasana with a lavender essential oil inhalation.
Hot Ashtanga Half Primary Series
This class is a guided class of the first half of the primary series of Ashtanga yoga method. This is a physical and dynamic practice that will build strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Warm Candlelight Yoga
Soothing music and soft candlelight set the tone for this gentle form of Hatha yoga to help you unwind from your day and bring balance to your busy life. You will enjoy a series of poses aimed to release tension and rejuvenate your body and mind. All levels are welcome.
