Hot Core Flow

This class is based on flow, movement, breath, and core with an extra added ‘oomph’ to tone your body. Combining elements of core conditioning to create an incredible strength training and empowering experience! Purifying asana sequences and pranayama bring you peace of mind. This class is light-hearted and will leave you feeling brighter, lighter, and tighter.

Hot Core Power

You guessed it! This power class will thoroughly tone your body and discipline your mind. It’s steeped in endurance, stamina, breath, and commitment. Experience this energetic practice that blends sweat, core strength and flexibility, although open to all levels, some yoga background would be considered an asset – but more than that, an openness to try new things and challenge your body and mind.

Classic Yoga

This practice is designed with function and fundamentals of Hatha yoga.  This class moves at a very accessible pace bringing focus and awareness to the body, teaching a strong foundation of physical postures to challenge and strengthen your mind and body.

Classic Flow

This soothing and balancing practice creatively touches on a full spectrum of classic poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another, leaving you feeling succulent and nurtured. Attention is given to basic alignment & therapeutic principles. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of this class.

Yoga 45

This class is meant to undo the damage of sitting jobs in 45 minutes lunch time express format. Sitting over a keyboard for hours or driving for long hours on the job will lead to tightness in the hips and legs, neck, shoulder and back pain and discomfort. It can also create an unhealthy posture — in which the back and shoulders hunch down and the neck protrudes forward. The poses in this class target areas of tension as an effective antidote to many desk-job ailments, and as an added bonus, mind-body practice can address the damaging stress of high-pressure jobs by helping to calm the mind and quiet racing thought patterns.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a seated, gentle practice in which postures are passively held for several minutes turning your focus inward and slowly opening the body. By relaxing all muscular (Yang) effort, you allow the body’s own weight to gently stretch the underlying (Yin) connective tissues. As connective tissues are stretched, movement becomes easier and your full range becomes revealed. Yin Yoga facilitates the development of a strong inner, kinesthetic sense of the body’s movement capacities and limitations. It also supports the body’s healing of injury, making it an effective physio therapeutic practice. This practice creates space and maintains (and expands) healthy range of motion.

Chakra Flow

In this chakra inspired flow class, you’ll move through a luxurious yoga sequence. Sun and moon salutations, pranayama breathing, key poses, and an extended guided final relaxation session all designed to heal, balance and soothe each of your seven chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. This is an effective blueprint for bringing these energy centers into balance in order to be more at peace and find liberation. Modifications will be offered and also assists and adjustments if required. It can be a very healing and soothing practice!

Move and Heal

This yoga class is based on hatha yoga leading you on a journey of healing and wholeness, allowing for the releasing of tension, stress, and energetic resistances. In this state of surrender and trust, your body’s natural healing abilities are activated and balancing of your mind and body can take place. This yoga class combines sounds from singing bowls that entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies to induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition. The sound vibrations impact your nervous system, engaging your relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response. Every cell of your body is nourished as you move into relaxation, joy and well-being.


Pilates creates long, lean muscular definition in the body by synchronizing movement with breath. Condition your body from head to toe, re-balance your body alignment, improve flexibility and strengthen your entire body without building bulk. How good does that sound? The focus on Pilates is on quality of movement rather than quantity which makes one feel invigorated rather than exhausted after a session. The added benefits of practicing in hot room are detoxification, healthy connective tissue, boosts immunity, and helps with weight loss.

Hot Stress Melt

Unravel from your day in this nurturing all-levels yoga class that supports you to shed some daily stress from both your mind and body. Each class begins with an invigorating vinyasa flow practice set to a stress-melting playlist, and ends with deeply relaxing and longer held restorative poses. Melt into savasana with a lavender essential oil inhalation.

Warm Candlelight Yoga

Soothing music and soft candlelight set the tone for this gentle form of Hatha yoga to help you unwind from your day and bring balance to your busy life. You will enjoy a series of poses aimed to release tension and rejuvenate your body and mind.  All levels are welcome.

Stretch and De-Stress

This is a fantastic practice that immediately feels relaxing while stretching your body in a gentle yet effective way. It explores a combination of active and passive stretches designed to restore mobility and increase flexibility. Whether you are inactive and inflexible, or an athlete looking to stretch tight muscles, or for those looking to deal with stress or anxiety or chronic illness, this class is tailored to your needs and goals. This practice will finish with some deeply relaxing restorative postures so that you may leave your mat feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Warm Reiki Yoga

This class is a union of two ancient traditions to offer physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. It is a soothing practice that combines carefully selected gentle yoga postures held for 3 to 5 minutes, with a Reiki treatment offered by a Reiki master using the imposition of the hands to support and boost the natural healing and cleansing processes in the body. This unique and exclusive combination, signature of Mind to Body Yoga, encourages the flow of life energy (Prana or Ki) in the body removing blockages and unbalances in the chakras, re-establishing inner peace and well-being.

Bollywood/Bhangra Dance Fitness Party

From time to time we organize Bollywood /Bhangra fitness dance Party! Bring out your inner bollywood bhangra dancer – enjoy uplifting music, burn calories and make new friends. Join us to spice up your dance with bollywood and bhangra tunes, food and friends!

Lovely knowledgeable teachers. The owner is super nice and gets to know her clients.The facility is clean, had a comfy atmosphere and offers free tea to practitioners, the only dislike I have id that there is Buddah images and statues everywhere and not everyone coming to the studio may not be a Buddhist. It would be nice if the studios itself did not have statues, other than that it is a overall great more

I started attending Mind to Body Yoga & Fitness December 2018. The studio is very welcoming and clean. The staff are so nice and want nothing but the best for you. I did my Yoga Teacher Training at Mind to Body Yoga and it was one of the best decisions I've made. When you walk into the studio you feel a sense of home and community. The studio is beautiful and well kept. The training was in depth and very organized, while at the same time fun! Pritpal, the studio director who leads the training is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the studio for YTT and also to practice more

I was in search of a yoga teacher training program and stumbled upon Mind to Body....its become my second home ever since. The yoga teacher training program was very detail oriented and definitely prepared for my yoga journey. They covered a lot of topics like anatomy and basics of ayurveda as well. I continue to attend regular yoga classes there now. They offer many various different types of favs are the restorative and yin classes. The staff is very inviting and friendly and the studio is very very clean and well maintained. Oh yea...can't forget the complimentary delicious detox tea i have every time i attend a class is a bonus!!read more

The mind to body yoga teacher training program was a life changing experience. If I could give Mind to Body more than 5 stars I would! Since starting at this studio 6 months ago, all my aches and pains have been eliminated. That's due to yoga but more so thanks to the personable, caring, passionate and dedicated instructors. It's a blessing to have found a yoga studio where each class by any instructor here is taught with so much passion and bring their own experiences and way of teaching, teaching the right techniques and foundations of poses (grounding feet and hands) alot of others overlook when teaching. They don't ever ever ever make you feel like you have to do a pose they always tell you to follow your body. Love the variety of classes, started with Restorative yoga and now on to hot detox yoga which I didn't ever think I'd do. Mind to body has a great community of employees and members who are always friendly with a huge smile on their faces. It's been so great to connect with other members especially while having the detox tea, yum! Honestly don't know how they keep it so clean with so many members but it's immaculate and shiny. Floors are always swept and mopped constantly. Couldn't have found a more amazing yoga studio, love you guys for all that you do! It's definitely been a life changing process and I'm excited to continue to grow in every way with all of you :).read more

I found this studio six months ago, after having searched for a calm and rejuvenating space for a long time.
