Meet Pritpal Singh, Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach
My name is Pritpal K. Singh. I am a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, yoga educator, and wellness mentor with over 25 years of experience supporting mind–body health.
My journey with Metabolic Balance® began through my work in holistic wellness and yoga education. While running a yoga and holistic health center, I was introduced to the program by a fellow coach who encouraged me to experience it personally before offering it to clients.
After following the Metabolic Balance® program myself, I experienced meaningful and lasting changes — including improved energy, better sleep, hormonal balance, and the ability to maintain a healthy weight through my mid-50s and beyond.
Over time, I noticed that many individuals drawn to this program were women who had already “done everything right” — eating well, exercising consistently, and still struggling with weight, energy, or hormonal symptoms. Metabolic Balance® offered them a structured, science-based approach that finally aligned with their physiology.
Today, I integrate personalized nutrition with the awareness and mindfulness cultivated through yoga, guiding clients with clarity, compassion, and practical support so results are sustainable and grounded in real life.
