Are you new to yoga practice? This 4 week workshop series is designed for first time yogis. Learn the fundamentals of yoga postures, yoga breathing, and yoga alignment in a group where everyone is a beginner. The teacher will give you some background on yoga while you're relaxed and seated, but come prepared to move. You’ll walk away feeling empowered, embodied, energized, and eager to walk into any yoga class of your choice!
We will meet on Thursdays 1.5 hours each for 4 weeks
You may think your work is afflicted with anxiety, stress and worry, affecting both your productivity and quality of work. In this workshop you will learn essential tools and techniques of yoga to calm your mind and body turning your anxiety into awareness, stress into hope, worry into energy. Combination of postures, breath work, and meditative techniques will be utilized along with interactive mat chat.
