In this 4 week class series we will focus on multi-dimensional healing. We will study the aura (our personal energy fields) and attempt to assess the interconnection and interdependence of our mind, our emotions and our physical body as we move toward healing and wholeness.

In this workshop you will learn essential tools and techniques of yoga to calm your mind and body turning your anxiety into awareness, stress into hope, worry into energy. Combination of postures, breath work, and meditative techniques will be utilized along with interactive mat chat.
