I am Pritpal K. Singh, ERYT-500 Yoga Teacher and founder of Mind To Body Yoga Training, with over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. My work focuses on helping people experience yoga as a practical pathway to strength, awareness, balance, and wellbeing.
