Full Moon Workshop – With Lena $40 + HST

Come and join Lena in this sacred full moon workshop to elevate your vibration and connect to the powerful effects of the Full Moon.
The event will begin with a heart opening meditation to align and open our hearts. Then we will move to a heart opening sequence to help shift our physical bodies. Following with a guided meditation to shift and tap into our subtle energies. Then we will be doing a deep healing sound bath to release any blocked energies while receiving Lena's reiki healing on a more in depth level.
We will end by setting intentions and releasing them as a gesture of faith to the universe.
