Prenatal Yoga with Stephanie – 4 Weeks Series ($80 + HST)
All moms-to-be are invited to a special 4-week series of pregnancy classes, no matter if you’ve never done yoga or you have a regular yoga practice.
These special series of classes are designed to gently strengthen and stretch mom’s changing body, and provide an opportunity to connect with baby. We will restore calm and ease into your body while working on energizing you as well. We’ll stretch through common pregnancy aches and pains, focused on our group’s intentions. Meditation and deep savanasa is a promise at the end of each class.
Classes will be led by soon-to-be-new-mom, Stephanie. She’s been teaching yoga for 3 years and is excited to bring other moms together on their mats. Classes will be open to all levels and all stages of pregnancy.
Before preforming any form of exercise during pregnancy, check with your health care provider about any concerns.
