This series is designed to calm your mind and relax your body.  Rooted in the yoga tradition and informed by recent research findings – is appropriate for people experiencing acute or chronic anxiety and/or depression.
Over the course of 3 weeks, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of mind-body practices that reduce anxiety and increase resilience to stress.

What to Bring: Mat, Water, Open Heart

Beginners and those New to Yoga are welcome! Clients will be provided with Work Book, Hand Outs

Week 1: Self Acceptance
Week 2: Fear
Week 3: Love and Compassion

30 Workbook/ Journaling/Topic Discussion
10 Minutes Breathing Exercises
40 Yoga Practice
