Yoga for Anxiety and Depression – 2 days ($145 + HST) with Kristeen

This series is designed to calm your mind and relax your body. Rooted in the yoga tradition and informed by recent research findings – is appropriate for people experiencing acute or chronic anxiety and/or depression.
Over the course of 3 weeks, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of mind-body practices that reduce anxiety and increase resilience to stress.
