What is Wellness?

Holistic Nutrition
Sound nutrition is the cornerstone of good health. Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle and detoxification. Taking a “holistic” approach to nutrition means instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, emotional/spiritual state, lifestyle habits, mental health and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues. We also focus on including whole, natural foods that are God made - the foods that nature intended us to eat, not man made.

Ayurvedic Head Massage
The Ayurvedic Head Massage is an ancient Indian healing practice which is as old as 5, 000 years. It is a relaxing holistic treatment found in Ayurveda, the Indian medical system. In Sanskrit, Ayur means life and Veda means knowledge. Ayurveda emphasizes on treating the whole body as a system. Ayurveda recognizes that maintaining balance of the elements in the body and mind is essential for optimal health and the process of finding that balance begins with self-awareness.
Ayurvedic Head Massage involves massage and acupressure techniques manipulating the soft tissues on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Each step of the process deepens the effect taking you to a higher level of detachment and serenity. This impacts you on not just a physical but also an emotional level.
In Ayurveda, the body is considered the temple, and the head is considered the altar of the temple. Healing the mind directly alleviates the body allowing you to experience an extraordinary healing process.
